Heavyweights

Heavyweights are a class of fighting robot that is popular all over the world. They are the weight class that has had the most amount of publicity, through television shows like Battlebots and Robot Wars. They follow the Fighting Robot Association build rules[(http://www.fightingrobots.co.uk/rules.php)].

Up until 2001 UK Heavyweights were limited to 80kg, however with the 5th series of Robot Wars this was raised to 100kg.
